高速道路も元々飛行機の非常離発着場として有事・戦時状況を想定して作った国と比較して、風景の中に綺麗に溶け込む様に谷あいに添って橋梁・トンネルが多い日本とでは高速道路の構造・考え方が違います。列車に特急があるように自動車にも急ぐ場合に利用する高速道路が受益者負担という原則で存在すべきです。新幹線無料化まで一連の国民移動・交通費無料化政策を立派に成立させ得る得策を示す能力が、今の政府に在るのでしょうか?「受益者負担」とは、「お互い様」「お陰様」精神と私には思えます。皆様とともに良い来年を迎えたいと願っています。
