自己反省の気持ちで朝目が覚めると今の自分の考えで善いものなのか迷います。人災にも天災にも備えることは、国民の生命を守るという国家としての義務だと素直に思えるのですが。立派な学歴・経歴のある人々が、「人災に備える必要性は手薄でも良い。」と防衛の観点で意見を述べている姿に、疑問を感じています。でも私の素直な思いが善いものなのか不安にもなり、今朝の目覚めはよくありませんでした。It hesitates in whether it is a good one in my(Kiyotaka's) present self's idea when awaking in feelings of the introspection in the morning. Though preparing in the man-made disaster and the natural disaster seems to be obedient in case of the obligation as the nation that defends people's lives. People who have the strong academic background and the career feel the doubt in the appearance to give one's views in the viewpoint of the defense, "Even if it is undermanned, the necessity for provision in the man-made disaster is acceptable". However, was my(Kiyotaka's) obedient desire the good one or it uneasily became, and there was often not awaking this morning.
