明治憲法(帝国憲法)を考えてみますと、教育現場の違いに気づきます。年齢差がある子供さんを個性別教育・役割分担教育を施していた寺子屋出身者が作り上げて下さったのが明治憲法(帝国憲法)です。同年齢毎の一斉教育の現在は、一見同年齢間の水平的自由討論が繰り広げられる様に見えて収拾がつき難く、年長者が纏め上げる縦横自由自在論議の結果に到達出来ない問題を抱えた状態にあります。年長者が知恵を発揮して問題を見事に解決出来た明治初期は、江戸時代教育の賜物でした。沖縄基地問題も安全保障の観点から、年長者の知恵を必要としています。
