k322 01/24/2011mon in japan. 介護者の可視化という言葉には、各地で開かれている介護者の集いの開催情報に関心を払っている余裕が全く無い、今、当に、介護真っ只中で手一杯・精一杯である方々を、周りの人々が暖かく手助けする為に、見つけ出す事を示しています。集いに出てみようとする人々は既に、介護の中でも自分流の解決方法を編み出しつつあり、介護生活にも若干の習熟過程にある人々のように思えます。介護に手一杯・精一杯で周りを見渡す余裕が無い人々を見つけ出す事が、当面急がなければならない事柄（介護者の可視化）だとも言えると思っています。私の尊敬する介護者は、命の恩人を見出して、あえて明るい介護を実践しておられます。範を示す介護者の鑑。見習、付き従うのみです。まだまだ、寒さの底は続きます。皆様のご健勝を願っています。The discovered thing is shown in word "Make to visible of the nurser" so that surrounding people may help the people (They are nursing exactly in the midst and the people busily and to the utmost now) who do not have room to pay attention to holding information on gatherings of nursers opened in various places at all as it is warm.
