京都市の「人まち交流館」一階にある「自助具館」では、布や皮を縫製して加工する人が不足しています。自助具を切実に必要をしている人の為になれる縫製技術者のボランティア参加を熱望します。
今日は京都社会福祉会館で「認知症と家族の会、１１月度定例家族の集い」が午後一時半から開催されます。In "Self-help tool pavilion" that exists on "Person kyoto town exchange pavilion" the first floor of Kyoto City, the person who sews the cloth and the skin and processes it is insufficient. It aspires after the self-help device and it aspires after the volunteer participation of the needlework engineer who can benefit the person who is keenly doing the necessity.
"Gathering of dementia and family's meetings and regular families in November" is temporarily held from the half in the Kyoto social welfare hall in the afternoon today.

年配の方々が正月料理を喉に詰まらせたという悲しいニュースを一件でも減らすために、東京都北区製作の「北区お口元気体操」ＤＶＤが貸し出されています。京都でも長寿すこやかセンターを介してそのＤＶＤを借り受けできます。介護施設職員さんに見てもらうためにも、今週末土曜日にコピーします。

類似の福祉啓蒙ＤＶＤやビデオと同じく福祉介護の質的向上に結びつき、年配者の知恵を来年も一日でも長く若い人々に示してもらえる日々のために活用したいものです。

静原寮に伯母（池田みどり）を見舞いに父（義美）との二人して参ります。皆様の健勝を願います。

To decrease as much as one sad news that elderly people blocked the dish in the throat at the New Year, "Kita Ward mouth vigour physical exercise" DVD of the Tokyo Kita Ward production is lent.

The DVD can be borrowed by the long life [sukoyaka] center even in Kyoto.

It copies it on Saturday in the end this week so that the nursing facilities staff may see.

It is the one that to be related to a qualitative improvement of the welfare nursing as well as similar welfare enlightenment DVD and the video, and to be used for every day when elderly person's wisdom can be shown to even day long, young people next year (2010).

10/29/2009thursday in jap玄関先でお向かいのお母様と立ち話をしました。お元気そうに見えます。長生きをなさって下さい。私たちの生きてゆく指標であって下さい。立ち話の短い時間にも感じられた気温の上がり具合に似て、健康をどんどん快復なさって下さい。

That mother is an index where we(motherRaku, Kiyotaka) live. Please look like the going up condition of the felt temperature at time when talking standing is short, and ..health.. recover fast.

無理をせず父（義美）に添う暮らしを、医学の先生と上総（小規模多機能居宅支援センター）の皆様の三者で続けらる日々は、物足りなさとの上手なお付き合いが必要ですが十分に幸せです。平穏な訳ですから。皆様の平穏な日々を願います。
Overwork..father..accompany..live..medicine..teacher..small-scale..function..support..center..person..continue..date..satisfactory..good at..associate..necessary..enough..happy.
Living not to overwork and to accompany father(Yoshimi) is the date that is happy enough though good association with not satisfactory is necessary it continued by three (the teacher of the medicine, and small-scale function support center persons, and me)persons and the date that because it is a peaceful translation.

今日は父（義美）の誕生日です。80歳になりました。伯母（池田みどり）の見舞いを兼ねて、京都市左京区静原を訪ねます。その後、今日もお世話になるデイサービスセンター（生活支援センター「上総」）では、父（池田義美）の誕生祝い会がある予定です。今日一日は父の晴れ舞台です。皆様の健康を願います。
It is father's(Yoshimi's) birthday today. Father turned 80 years old.
Aunt's (Ikeda-Midori) visit is held concurrently, and the Kyoto City Sakyo Ward Shizuhara is visited.
Afterwards, the association of father's (Ikeda-Yoshimi) celebration of birthday plans that it is in the indebted adult daycare center (life support center "Kamifusa") today.
A day of today is a day when father plays the leading part in the stage of his life.

自分に適した介護生活のやりがいは、「自助具」作りのアシスタントかもしれません。他力本願を徹して暮らしていますが、人の為に「自助具」が作れたら喜びを分かち合え、幸せも共有出来ると思えます。皆様と幸せを共有できる一日でありますように願います。Might the assistant of "Self-help device" making it is. do of the nursing life that is appropriate for me. When "Self-help device" can be made for the person, the salvation by faith can divide pleasure each other, and can seem to share happiness though devotes and lives.

「認知症と家族の会」の１０月度集いに参加出来ました。I(Kiyotaka) was possible to participate in the gathering in October of "Dementia and family's meetings". 今回も遅刻でしたが、盛んに意見交換・情報交換がなされている様子に、皆様の切実さと相互に互助し合おうとする皆様の熱意を感じます。I feel the zeal of everybody who helps with keenness of everybody actively been exchanged the opinion and seem to have been exchanged information though I was late this time.近所・お隣さんからお手伝いを始めてみたいものです。I want to start helping from vicinity and next and neighbors.秋の深まりとともに、来月も参加できますようにと願い始めています。I begin to wish that I will be possible to participate next month with deepening of autumn.

今日は伯母（池田みどり）の退院日です。皆様の健康を願っています。京都の有名な露天市には毎月10日に開催の弘法さん、毎月25日に開催の天神さんがあります。さて、毎月15日開催の百万遍知恩時バザーは「念仏さん」と呼ばれるのでしょうか？露天市開催に町の活発さ・元気さを感じます。皆様もお体を大切に元気でいる為にも、ご自愛ください。It is a day of the aunt's (Midori Ikeda) leaving hospital today. We(motherRaku, Kiyotaka) wish health of everybody.In a famous open air bazaar in Kyoto, there is an Koubou festival with which it is called, "Koubou-sann" of holding on the tenth every month and is familiar, and there is a Tenjin festial with which it is called "Tenjin-sann" of holding on the 25th every month and is familiar. 
Is the bazaar called "Prayer" in a famous open air bazaar in Kyoto at Hyakumanben of holding 15 every month at Chion-ji?
I feel active and vigour in the town in the open air city bazaar holding. Everybody also must take care of the body to be importantly energetic. 

お陰様で、無事に退院できましたので午後には特別養護老人施設「静原寮」への見舞いをしてみます。I(Kiyotaka) will visit it in special protection elderly person facilities "Shizuhara-dormitory" in the afternoon because aunt was possible to leave hospital safely by the favor externals.

昨日、京都アスニー４階ホールで琴チャリティーコンサートを聴けました事は、幸せなひと時でした。
