阪神淡路大震災から十五周年。ご冥福を祈ります。京都では全国都道府県対抗女子駅伝大会が開催されます。センター試験で頑張る人にも走る人にも応援する人にも支えあう人にも幸せが訪れますように願っています。京都こども文化会館（エンゼルハウス）でのシンポジウム「認知症をめぐる介護」を聴きに、午後参加します。朝風呂でリラックス出来る幸せが、本日日曜日の朝を包んでいます。

衣服を重ね着して、雪だるまのように着膨れしています。体調的には冬を越すのが辛くなってきました。皆様の健康を願っています。政治に関して､一言。十年に一度予算を一切配分しない年度を設けてみてはいかがでしょうか？税収を全て国の借金返済だけに充当する年度として、未来に借金を増やさない年度が十年毎に巡って来るという緊張感は、税収の配分・使用に無駄遣いをしていられないといったより強いメッセージと緊張を与えてくれるのでは？それに、予算配分の激務から十年に一度は開放されて、心身共に休める利点も感じられるといった副次的長所もあるのかも知れません。予算を配分してくださった方々の心労を思うと、健康を願わずには居られません。十分に休養をとって、体調の快復を図って下さい。

日本の政治の現状を指摘します。
1.お金持ちによるお金持ちを守る政治が行われています。
2.受益者が一律に負担を強いられている政治が行われています。
そこで、私なりに提言を致します。
ｔ1.今の政治家さんはほぼ全員がお金持ちですから、お金持ちの受益者代表として受益者応分負担を実践して模範になってもらいます。例えば、医療費全額負担。ご家族の医療費も全額負担。同じく教育費全額負担。養育費も福祉費も交通費・移動費も国防費も消費税も全額負担してもらいます。
ｔ2.更に、未来に借金を残さない為には、全額300％自己負担をする金銭的余力を受益者として応分に自己負担して模範を示て下さるのが、お金持ちと考えます。
未来に借金を残さない難題を、真正面からお金持ちの方々の受益者応分自己負担という形・お金持ち階級の意識改革で解決しようと挑戦する、勝手な提言ですが。

In addition, it is thought that it is rich to self-bear money in which the full amount 300% is self-borne reserve strength to suitability as a beneficiary so as not to leave debts behind one in the future and to show the example. It challenges to solve the difficult problem that will not leave debts behind one in the future from the front by rich shape of beneficiary suitability self-load everywhere and the rethinking of a rich class, and though it is a selfish proposal.
