衣服を重ね着して、雪だるまのように着膨れしています。体調的には冬を越すのが辛くなってきました。皆様の健康を願っています。政治に関して､一言。十年に一度予算を一切配分しない年度を設けてみてはいかがでしょうか？税収を全て国の借金返済だけに充当する年度として、未来に借金を増やさない年度が十年毎に巡って来るという緊張感は、税収の配分・使用に無駄遣いをしていられないといったより強いメッセージと緊張を与えてくれるのでは？それに、予算配分の激務から十年に一度は開放されて、心身共に休める利点も感じられるといった副次的長所もあるのかも知れません。予算を配分してくださった方々の心労を思うと、健康を願わずには居られません。十分に休養をとって、体調の快復を図って下さい。

日本の政治の現状を指摘します。
1.お金持ちによるお金持ちを守る政治が行われています。
2.受益者が一律に負担を強いられている政治が行われています。
そこで、私なりに提言を致します。
ｔ1.今の政治家さんはほぼ全員がお金持ちですから、お金持ちの受益者代表として受益者応分負担を実践して模範になってもらいます。例えば、医療費全額負担。ご家族の医療費も全額負担。同じく教育費全額負担。養育費も福祉費も交通費・移動費も国防費も消費税も全額負担してもらいます。
ｔ2.更に、未来に借金を残さない為には、全額300％自己負担をする金銭的余力を受益者として応分に自己負担して模範を示て下さるのが、お金持ちと考えます。
未来に借金を残さない難題を、真正面からお金持ちの方々の受益者応分自己負担という形・お金持ち階級の意識改革で解決しようと挑戦する、勝手な提言ですが。

高速道路も元々飛行機の非常離発着場として有事・戦時状況を想定して作った国と比較して、風景の中に綺麗に溶け込む様に谷あいに添って橋梁・トンネルが多い日本とでは高速道路の構造・考え方が違います。列車に特急があるように自動車にも急ぐ場合に利用する高速道路が受益者負担という原則で存在すべきです。新幹線無料化まで一連の国民移動・交通費無料化政策を立派に成立させ得る得策を示す能力が、今の政府に在るのでしょうか？「受益者負担」とは、「お互い様」「お陰様」精神と私には思えます。皆様とともに良い来年を迎えたいと願っています。

昨晩は近くのお風呂屋さん（船岡温泉）でフランス人カップルを見かけました。日本の銭湯という共同浴場を利用する事が一種の文化交流でもあるなと感じます。

学園祭シーズン真っ只中です。体力が弱り命が尽きようとしているお年寄りに対してしてあげられることを相談できるのは、お医者様か精神的よりどころ（宗教者）の人だと思えます。親戚として私は命の尽き方を確認すべく一つ一つの場面での対処方法を確認する必要があるのだそうです。罪深い命終の演出者であれとの要望を、親戚である者は受けなければなりません。福祉施設のあり方に限界と問題点を感じています。来る11月26日（木曜日）が、その確認日です。It is the campus festival season in the midst. Physical　　　strength..weaken..life..exhaust..elderly person..do..consultation..doctor..Mr...mental..rely on..think..person..religion..person..think.To confirm how for exhausted of the life, I am individual as the relative. Scene..coping process..confirm.The person who is the relative should receive the demand that it is those who produce about sinful end of the life.
